HOW SHALL I CLEAN MY TANGLE ANGEL?
Firstly, ensure that all excess hair has been removed from brush. Then rinse under some warm water (not boiling) until all the dirt has gone, once cleaned allow the brush to dry before use again.
HOW SHALL I CLEAN MY SHINE ANGEL?
We advise you clean your hair brush every day to remove excess hair and oil. To do this use a small comb, working from the root of the bristles out. Work your way round all of the brush to get rid of any hair and excess sebum left on the brush.
You can also shampoo your brush when you feel it needs a deeper clean. To do this add a small drop of shampoo to warm water and place only the bristles in. Swirl the brush around until it starts to lather a little. Then take it out of the soapy water, and rinse the bristles under some running warm water to get rid of any leftover shampoo on the brush. Leave to dry overnight on a towel, in a well ventilated area to ensure the brush is ready to use the next morning.
Please avoid immersing the whole brush in water, as our Shine Angel has a natural wooden handle soaking it in water will cause the handle to split.
CAN I HOLD MY HAIRDRYER DIRECTLY ONTO THE BRISTLES?
Although our brushes are heat resistant (up to 120) they are not heat proof. We would always suggest that you hold your hairdryer a minimum of 15cm away from the bristles.

If you are unhappy with your order, and wish to return it please email email@example.com with your order number and reasons for return. We can then process your refund once we have received your returned items.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order ID, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem within 30 days of receiving your order.
